Food Design & Prototyping

Everything delicious starts with a prototype. Play and experimentation are critical to the development process, and without that step we’d all be eating less interesting food. Our work often relies upon live prototyping sessions, especially when working with clients, who are often seeing food as an end product, but don’t get to experience the fun and joy of rolling up sleeves, messing around a bit in the kitchen to see how each ingredient or combination behaves. This process has led to many successful launches for Mjuk Mjuk (our own brand), but also for global brands like Lay’s, Doritos and Off the Eaten Path (UK). Below is a roundup of some of our favorite products and some of the messy things created to get there.
